Workout Videos

Leanne has been inspiring people to workout and be healthy using her social media. After receiving numerous requests for recommended workouts, Leanne created some workout videos! A 15 minute ab workout to carve out your abs, and a 20 minute workout to isolate your legs and booty! These workouts do not require any equipment so they are perfect home workouts! No excuses!

Leanne's love for fitness and health stems from being a jock through her school years. She played multiple sports each year; including running track with The University of Manitoba during her University career. Leanne is also one tough cookie with a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
